Sarah is a certified child-centered child and adolescent therapist, based in Colchester, Essex. She trained in play therapy with APAC (Academy of Play and Child Psychotherapy) and qualified in 2021. Sarah is a registered member of BACP, and works within their ethical framework. She also holds an enhanced DBS and is a first aider.

Sarah has extensive experience of working with children and young people who have experienced trauma, abuse and significant mental health difficulties. She spent more than a decade as a mainstream secondary teacher before working with a fostering agency, in a pupil referral unit and in an adolescent psychiatric unit.
